This kid will hardly sit still to get a non blurry picture
Our sweet man cub was blessed two weeks ago (07/07/13). Jake gave him an amazing blessing. I was so proud! I don't know how I got so lucky to have such an amazing husband. I love that I am married to such a good man and that we have the priesthood in our home. Owen did so well during the blessing. Jake says that he was smiling the whole time. Probably because he was being bounced so high by all the amazing men in his life. We're so thankful for all of our family that was able to be part of his circle. Our ward is getting so big. There were 2 other babies blessed the same day, both girls of course. I feel like the majority of babies being born around the same time as Owen are girls. We missed the boy bandwagon. Oh well. I don't think he'll mind having a bunch of girls around him when he's older. :) I will though. :)
So this is a first, but I wasn't able to get pictures with my side of the family after his blessing. I did however get a few with Jake's family at his grandparents house. We didn't plan a get together after the blessing but Jake's sweet grandma had everyone get together at her house. We didn't have both families get together but we did go to my family's for dinner. By then I totally forgot about taking pictures. Here are the pictures we were able to get.

I'm pretty sure this is the first picture we've gotten with all of Jake's family in it... Now including Owen!
