Mr. and Mrs. Davis!

This past weekend Jake and I had the honor of going down to Arizona to see two of the most beautiful people I know get MARRIED! I could not be happier for them! We drove down there with my friend Krista and got in early Friday morning. Brittany met us at our hotel and after a quick puppet dance and hugs, she and Krista left while Jake and I caught up on some much needed sleep. That evening we met up with them for the rehearsal dinner. Catered Mexican food! Delish! The night was perfect, filled with love, food, candy, easter egg hunts, and short speeches. I was the last to speak and I was already a mess by the time it got to me. I couldn't even start! Super ugly cry going on! I was so emotional! I love my Brinny and I was so happy to see her so happy.

The next day was THE BIG DAY! I got up early and met Britt and Krista at Sarah, Aubrey, Ali, and Holly's house (yes most of the bridesmaids all live together) and got ready there with everyone. Then off to the temple! It was my first time being in the temple to watch a couple get married. It was so spiritual and amazing. I made it out with just a few tears. There is no doubt that these two are crazy in love with each other!

We were late getting ready for the ring ceremony due to losing my recommend in the temple and having to go back for it... yeah I would do that. Thankfully the wonderful temple workers found it and let me have it back, even with my recklessness. And because there was no rehearsal at the Rehearsal Dinner we had not clue what to do once there. We made it work though and everything turned out great. The reception was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Brit and Merek are so talented! It was held in Sarah's Grandmother's garden. Seriously so beautiful! We danced and ate and enjoyed everyones company! Such a perfect night! oh but it didn't end there! After the reception we went to the Mumford and Son's concert in Tempe! So crazy and packed yet so amazing! We found Brit and Merek there in their Wedding attire still! They didn't have time to change before the concert like they expected to. So fun and really a great way to end the night. They were congratulated from everyone that saw them. Awe such a perfect couple!

I was so sad to leave but I guess we HAD to give Britt and Mer some alone time. :) I'm so happy we were able to be there for the wedding, and feel so lucky to have been able to be her Maid of Honor (matron of honor? eewww)! If only we all lived closer to each other. :( I can't wait to see them again!
